My wife and I are staying at the Edgewater Hotel in Seattle, WA for 4 nights and we are debating if we need a car or not. What do you think? Is it close enough to everything to walk / use public transportation? Parking and renting a car seems fairly expensive, but if it’s worth it, then we’re all for it. Thanks for your input!!

I am taking the Amtrak Cascades train in June 2008 from Seattle, WA to Portland, OR. I will have a rental car to return and was wondering which rental car return places are close to the station. Will I have to walk from them or will they shuttle me to the Amtrak station? Which companies are close? Thanks!

Hi! due to work stuff i’ll be moving to vancouver for one year and then to redmond, WA., i really want to lease a car, since i’ve seen that it is cheaper to lease in Seattle, WA, so i would like to know if it is possible to lease a car in seattle for 2 years and then use it in vancouver for the first year?
